Guest Rewards & Offers Terms and Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Sukna Properties Guest Rewards & Offers Programme.
Eligibility
The programme is open to guests aged 18 years or over.
Qualifying Bookings
Rewards are available only for qualifying bookings made directly with Sukna Properties.
Bookings made through third-party platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or similar online travel agencies, do not qualify.
Guest Rewards
Rewards may be available for:
Returning guests making a new direct booking
Referrals resulting in a qualifying direct booking
The reward amount is determined by Sukna Properties and may vary depending on the length, value and nature of the booking.
Illustrative reward levels currently include:
2–3 nights: £15
4–6 nights: £30
7+ nights: £50
Sukna Properties reserves the right to amend reward levels at any time.
Reward Payments
Rewards are paid only after:
The qualifying stay has been completed
The booking has not been cancelled, refunded or significantly amended
The reward claim has been successfully verified
Payments will normally be made within 14 days of checkout.
One Reward Per Booking
Only one reward may be claimed in respect of any qualifying booking.
Where both a referral and a returning guest claim are submitted, Sukna Properties reserves the right to determine eligibility.
Verification
Sukna Properties may request additional information to verify a claim.
Fraudulent, misleading or duplicate claims may be rejected.

Offer details may vary by property and booking dates.
Changes and Withdrawal
Sukna Properties reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any offer, reward or promotion at any time without notice.
Final Decision
All decisions relating to eligibility and reward payments are made at the sole discretion of Sukna Properties and shall be final.
